The parameterisation of the LÜTZE combination unit with a nominal voltage of DC 24V is freely adjustable on the input and output side. Configuration occurs either on the hardware side via DIP switches or on the software side via FDT/DTM. The drivers, as well as software for parameterisation are made available for download by LÜTZE free of charge. The signal converter is particularly suited to speed monitoring and standstill detection.

With the integrated A/A converter, the channels can be parameterised in the ranges of 0-10V, 0-20mA, 2-10mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 2-10V or freely on input and output side. The limit switch is also programmable via FDT/DTM, which has a semi-conductor output. The limit switch provides a maximum switching voltage of up to DC 30V with a switching current up to a maximum of 100mA. The 4-way isolation with an isolation voltage of 2.5 kV, ensures “safe isolation”. The status display is via LED.

The LÜTZE signal converter is slotted onto the DIN rail (TS 35) and alternatively fixed with screw or spring balancer connection.
