Acquisition of LÜTZE Group by Amphenol Corporation

Why is LÜTZE joining the AMPHENOL Group at this time?
Friedrich Lütze founded the company in 1958, and the generational change took place in 2006 with Udo Lütze at the top. Since then, LÜTZE has developed into a technology leader, particularly in parts of railway technology as well as in energy-efficient wiring in control cabinets and intelligent power monitoring. With the recent inclusion in the AMPHENOL Group corporate family, a third change is taking place with the aim of further growth in the areas mentioned and beyond.
Does the transfer of the company affect my orders?
There are no changes for our customers! As usual your orders will be processed and delivered to you as usual quickly, reliably and under the highest quality standards.
Does the acquisition affect my contracts with LÜTZE?
No, the contracts concluded between your company and companies in the LÜTZE Group remain in effect and will continue to be carried out reliably.
Will the acquisition change the company's location?

Are my contacts changing?
No, the contacts in inside sales and sales as well as the other contacts in the company remain unchanged.
Do the contact details of my contacts change?
No, all contact details remain the same (telephone, email).
Does the company name stay the same?
Yes, the company names Friedrich Lütze GmbH and Lütze Transportation GmbH, as well as all the other group companies, will be retained. There are no plans to change the company name.
Are there any changes in management?
Martin Teufel, CEO of Friedrich Lütze GmbH will retire by Q1 2025. Dimitrios Koutrouvis, currently CEO of Lütze Transportation GmbH will take over additionally the responsibility for Friedrich Lütze GmbH within the transition period and under the supervision of Martin Teufel.
Will there be a new bank account?
No, all existing account and bank details remain the same.
Will there be a new VAT ID?
No, the existing VAT identification number does not change.
